The accelerated aging testing process involves several steps:

Test sample preparation: Product samples are prepared and packaged in a way that replicates how they would be used in real-life situations. For example, medical devices are packaged in their usual packaging, and automotive parts are installed in a vehicle or on a test rig.
Exposure to environmental stressors: After sample preparation, the product samples are exposed to accelerated environmental stressors for a predetermined period of time. This is carried out using environmental test chambers, where temperature and humidity levels can be precisely controlled.
Monitoring: During the testing process, the product samples are monitored to record any changes in their physical or chemical properties. This includes changes in color, strength, and flexibility. Next, the data is collected and reviewed to find out if the product has passed or failed testing.
